You hereby agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold Yocto Law® and each of the Firm’s Related Parties (“Yocto Law Indemnitees”) harmless from and against any and all liabilities, damages, claims, threats, losses, fines, fees and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), (individually a “Claim” and together “Claims”) made by a third-party arising directly or indirectly out of: (a) your Use or reliance on the Website or its Content, (b) your breach of these Terms or the Privacy Notice; (c) your violation of any rights of a third-party, (d) your use, reliance on, or engagement of any kind with any of our service providers;  and (e) your use or reliance upon any sites linked on the Website. In addition, you agree to reimburse the Yocto Law Indemnitees for all costs, attorney’s fees and expenses we may incur to enforce these Terms against you. You will not be required to indemnify us, to the extent allowed by law, where such Claims are caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct

Privacy Policy.  Yocto Law® will treat any personal information that you submit through this website in accordance with its Privacy Notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Website is operated by Yocto Law® from its office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Your access to, and use of, the website indicates your agreement: (i) that all matters related to the Website and its Content are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and (ii) you irrevocably attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario and the federal court of Canada, as applicable.
